Dual wield counts as 1 or 2 of set slots?

Hi there
i thought dual wield counts as two set slots via many build articles and videos
but when i equipped two dagger of nightmother as my main weapons, it only count for one set slot....
why? did i do anything wrong??

Dual wield counts as two. You may have equipped them BUT are you on that bar?

Exit, bar swap then check ;0)

When you're Dual Wielding you have equipped two separate weapons, which indeed count as two pieces of a set.

Mind not to confuse it with Two Handed weapons, which are just one single item thus just one piece of a set.

Be careful, there are two sets called Night Mother. One crafted and one dropped.

Dropped: http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Night+Mother's+Embrace+Set

For some idiotic reason the name of the items is identical in game even though one is called Night Mother Gaze and the other Night Mother Embrace.
