As long as you are going to touch the set again, can you at least look at making the 5 piece bonus good?
The additional damage for a heavy attack is ok, but the "Minor Vulnerability for 10 seconds" is basically useless now that it is redundant with the same de-buff applied by concussion.
Maybe make it 1500 spell crit, or make the heavy attack have a different effect? It should be on par with Moondancer and Architect, not the set you run a 3 or 4 piece of until you get Moondancer or Architect.Playing since beta...0 -

Make it like 1644 or so. Make it viable, or change it from minor vulnerability to buffing your damage by 5% for 10 seconds.
