Why buff DK and not templar?

Stam dk already has the highest single target dps and magplar is currently the lowest next to warden maybe. Who makes these decisions it makes no sense at all people having been informing you magplar is way behind and you completely ignore it.

This is such a bad unit of measurement.
My magblade is able to pull that dps with purple weapons. That must mean that magblades are stronger than magplars, right?
