First and foremost, Lizards (female) do not have ***, remove this feature.
Second, Cats, (female) do have ***, 8 of them, and only get large after said cat has had a litter. LOL.

✭✭Except this has been the case in every Elderscrolls game so keep your real world biology and anatomy in the real world.
Edit: This actually annoys me. Why do people focus on the breasts so much? Cats and Lizards don't have a human-like skeletal structure in the real world. They can't speak or vocalize like humans can. They are not bipeds. Nobody in the real world can cast magic spells, or teleport with magic portals. Why do people suddenly draw their line for suspension of disbelief at lizards having breasts and cats having too few breasts? If they want to create a playable race in this fantasy game, that looks like a lizard or a cat with ***, thats fights and talks like a human then thats fine!
