Why we can only have one Guest campaign in Cyrodiil?

First of all, I know that you can enter any campaign if you group with someone that has that campaign set.
So, based even on that, why we are allowed to have one campaign as HOME but only one as GUEST? Why can't we have one campaign as HOME and ALL the others as GUEST? If there's a way to enter/visit all campaigns (grouping as mentioned above), why are we limited to just one Guest campaign?

✭✭✭✭✭Players used to be able to go to any campaign. Caused all kinds of problems because players were hopping from campaign to campaign for a variety of reasons. Much better this way.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."2 -

Exactly this. Guest campaign is something ZoS made for no reason considering you could script into any campaign. Very restrictive. Especially with the PvP event this info should of been released by ZoS making the players time getting into PvP better (Especially new players)2
