You know how pirates use plenty of headgear that is quite fashionable? Bandanas, feathered hard and other hats? With as many elder scrolls games that I have played I have yet that you encounter pirates with those cool pirate hats that they are often potrayed with irl, where's the fashion scrolls balance here? I for my wizard characters have always wanted a pointy wizard get and we finally got that here after many elder scrolls games, so previously unintroduced headgear is possible. @Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno please give us pirate hats as fashion scrolls is very unbalanced right now without them and maybe is consumers can let you get some of our booty.

Two of my characters own a ship. One even has an eye patch! Don't need the hat but a parrot on his shoulder might be something he would be interested in.
Unfortunately he has retired from adventuring and spends his days crafting armor.
