Jewels of Misrule not proccing Bone Pirate intended?

Jewels of misrule - Max health, stam and magic recovery.

I think it's classed as a unique dish similar to the gold Orzoga food (that should proc bone pirate too).

Wouldn't it make sense for it to proc bone pirates 5th piece?

Thoughts?

That would require logic on ZOS and for them to actually have a plan.

Wondering if this is intended? Seems like a drink similar to dubious Cameron throne and witch mothers potent brew. Both proc bone pirate.

Not sure who to ask, thanks.

Even special food falls under the categories of food and drink.

It was a drink when it was datamined, but was put into the "unique" dish category right before PTS and working as a food.

Despite the ingredients, it's described as candy gems, or what we would call rock candy.
So it's appropriately categorized as a food, as it's not consumed as a liquid.

Thankfully it's considered to be a food. So it doesn't work with BP, but it does work with Green Pact; making it great for tanks

Most would still use dubious Cameron anyway but yes it's great on a stamblade in Pvp :p
