Don't feed the troll.
What you can do to grease the wheels is take a video and send it directly to ZOS through PM here or through the report function.
You can also encourage those in zone chat to report and leave a location. At least a few will add their reports, and multiple reports draws quicker action as well.
And as an aside, the sheer hilarity of it is that it is always an easily predictable place. It is always right near a bunch of mobs dropping hides, often the same spot with new bots every time.

Why dont they teach them to thieve and murder in Vivec. Would make a fortune selling motifs

- After completing a heavy attack, you have to press it again to start & complete another heavy attack.
Because the way these bots do it, someone gets something to keep the heavy attack button held down on their controls while just standing in the one place where they can hit enemy NPC's without moving, then since they are either using bows or staves, these long range attacks will cause their Unstable clannfears & winged twilights to react accordingly & do the NPC killing for the players. By making heavy attacks so that instead of performing them repeatedly by holding down the trigger, they perform one heavy attack & no more after that unless they press the button/trigger/key to perform another. This may also possess a benefit for attack weaving too.
@ZOS_GinaBruno this may be the best possible workaround to eliminating bots yet.
Also, @Jake1576 you think that's bad, try Camlorn in glenumbra before defeating faolchu, there are so many sorcerer bots there that it is not funny
