Infused Bugged on PTS?

I heard that Infused is bugged on PTS in the sense that if you have double Infused, one fire and one lightning enchant and cast Wall of Elements and switch bars, it will proc the enchant for both bars and not just the current bar. Is there any truth to that, or does this even make sense? I might not be conveying the "issue" properly but wanted to ask in case someone knew what I was talking about...

Sanguis_Tiberius✭✭✭Conveyed just fine. So far there's been several bugs with torugs so it wouldn't surprise me if another one popped up. Probably bar swap is causing an immediate timer refresh or something like that. Not able to test myself but good luck to whoever can.0 -

Would that be classified as a bug? Or is it possible that it's behavior as intended? @ZOS_GinaBruno - Not sure if you can comment on this?0 -
SammyFable✭✭✭✭It's not about your weapon being infused, it's about the wall of shock only proccing the enchant on the bar you casted WoE on, instead of switching to the currently used enchant.0 -

Understandable, which is why I believe they are saying Infused is BiS because it's just amplifying two different damages done versus only applying a single damage type for whichever weapon is active.0 -

Maybe I'm wrong, but aren't elemental and damage enchantment suppose to share the same cool down? If yes then it's a bug.

humpalicous✭✭✭Gilliam addressed this in his latest video too. Apparently it only happens with wall of elements. Anyway, keep an eye out tomorrow if there are notes about "fixed enchant proc bug"2 -
