they Could do a little one for the cheap folks, (1-2 floors)
a medium (sounds like what you want) (3-5 floors)
and a large/huge one for those that want the "big one". (6-10 floors with a decent yard, glowing lake perhaps some magical beasts..)

Agreed. There are many houses in ESO but most of them are very samey. Hwy is there no farm? snow covered hut? And yes, a wizard tower and please, with an open structure (balconies .....).
