Gold vanishing between deposits in guild bank

So today I decide to take my sells from today and deposit them into my guild bank. I run a farming guild and this gold is used to pay my members for their work. I had 60,401 gold that I deposited into the guild bank and then exited the UI for it. Few moments later I go back into the Guild bank to withdraw to give one of my members a hefty sum for his birthday and realized the amount had not changed. I look through my ledger add-on log for the last hour and it shows where I deposited the amount via Guild Deposit. I look into the games Guild Logs and there is nothing posted for the hour. I have a spreadsheet I use for my guild, I have the deposit made in there I should have 268,513. Instead I have 208,112 Gold. What happened to my gold. I want my gold back and this is not the first time this has happened. I can deal with a few hundred gold here and there or even a couple of thousand. But 60k is 60k! This is apparently a issue with this game and needs to be fixed. Also the link below show the evidence to support this case. Give me my gold back!

Couple months back I lost a million gold this way. Sent in a ticket and never heard back.

To be honest I'm extremely hesitant putting anything into guild banks now, the disappearing gold is getting old.

No ***.. But with the way my guild runs, thats actually my players gold. They worked hard for that farming. They need to get motivated for a better way of saying because my posts actually end up getting deleted when I say other things.

I had the same issue in multiple occasions with a former guild. I would drop the weekly fee into the guild bank, and each time would see the gold taken from my inventory and added up to the guild bank's numbers. However, I then checked the guild's history, but showing no deposit. It's a bad glitch. I would wait till later and re-deposit and finally this shows up in the history, but not any of the previous deposit(s). This happens more times than one would like, especially when the guild's weekly fee is 10k. You end up dropping 20-30k, instead. The guild has since increased its fee to 15k weekly, and the same would occur. This happened to me for 3 consecutive weeks. I would end up dropping 30-45k for the weekly fee, but only one 15k deposit would only show up on the history.

I just left the guild. Really, 10k or 15k fee may be a lot for some and not for others, but it does get old when your deposit doesn't show up in the history. The first or second deposit doesn't even show up in the history, when the third deposit does. Then, actually end up dropping 30-45k for the weekly fee; yeah, it does become ridiculous. Also, no honorable mention for any helping hands or sympathy from the other outstanding members either when asked on guild chat if any others are also having the same issues; just peeps with jokes. Sheesh..
