It changed last year when they opened the whole map to all characters. You don't HAVE to do the zones in the story order any more. You don't have to go through the main quest line to get to the other factions zones. It spread people out more across the whole map, so it seems like there are less around.

I am wanting to do the end game stuffone of the reasons I came back, but is there really not that many people that want to do it on PC EU?

That guy is only posting negative stuff, I guess thats his endgame.He's not even playing on EU server.
EU server is pretty active, yeah, and my guild does a lot of training/farm runs, including vHOF.

You know I was leveling up an alt the other day, and there were 4 to 5 others doing the same beginning quests, everywhere I go there are plenty of players. I am on NA and use a PC, not sure if that makes a difference.
