The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.
I have contacted about retrieving my deleted characters. Support did their job correctly.
I bought additional character slot but i couldnt use it so i asked for a refund because there was a bug. First, supporter said they cant refund crown because they will fix that bug soon. I asked them again and said i was ESO veteran. They refunded my crown back.
I logged in just to vote on this 1. There has been questions & issues that I have had. And never heard back from anyone. Even had 1 person on here told me to message them & they would answer my question. Yea what a waste of my time Thanks!!!
I'll never forget my brother playing the beta and getting stuck in a wall when he spawned into the game and 3 months after beta ended he got an email saying his character had been moved and to "enjoy the beta." Had me in tears.

My experience with customer support was always fast and efficient. And I used them in many different occasions since the first day. It does take some patience to get through the canned responses, usually after the first mail they start to solve the problem, sometimes it takes two replies.
We all have different experiences when dealing with ANY customer service (some of them truly are awful!) but as for ZOS, every time I have had a problem that needed resolving, the ZOS customer support team have acted quickly and efficiently to get it sorted. For that reason they get 5 out of 5 from me

I have found that when I have an issue and keep replying to their robot and uninformed replies, eventually I will be in contact with a gamer who works there and then they actually solve my problem. It can take at least 5 replies.
If customer service entails fixing long standing grave issues.. then there needs to be a -10 option. This is by far the worst game company I ever had to deal with... and that is telling.. since I've also played quite a few EA games...
I've only needed them a few times, but when I have, they have been very prompt and very friendly. Getting to them can be kind of a hassle, but once there, I've never had any trouble.
I've had tickets where I didn't get any response other than the "we got your ticket" automatic email.
I've had tickets where I explain in detail things I've tried only to get a response saying , "Did you try X?" after I explicitly said I tried X in the original ticket. (That one burns me up the most)
Problems happen where I can't log in, or am being booted out, or bad latency, etc. I submit a ticket, then check the forums.. Sure enough, widespread problem... Nothing happens till Monday or after the holiday or whenever the next business day is.
Botters reported .. months later the same bots are still in the same location.
Customer service doesn't seem to be a high priority for ZOS.
My wife complains that I never listen to her. (Or something like that.)
