Skills not gaining xpts

My Daedric Summoning is at L15. Ive had Summon Volatile Familiar 1 on my skill bar since I started my character. I have gained only 1/8th of the bar in xpts so far, and am not gaining any xpts anymore. I have other skills unlocked in the same category that are morphed already. Why is this one stuck? Its very frustrating.

Sunah✭✭✭I believe the skills them selves share with other skills in the same line. So maybe taking off any other daedric summoning skill and trying it that way may help. What I usually do to level a skill quickly is just put the 1 skill only on my bar, and hit some some dolmen farming groups. Just doing a few rotations should let you morph is easily.0
