Though AD does need some love, all of Valenwood is currently in the game minus Falenesti.
Other than Cyrodiil I'd like to see Orcrest in Elsweyr, apparently its full of orcs and I never understood why.
I'd prefer not to see any more of Black Marsh or Morrowind.
Wasn't really a fan of what they did with Vvardenfell and I hate black marsh and Argonians as a rule. Summerset would be nice, because I just made my Bosmer for AD expansions, but give meh my Murkmire with Argonian tribes from this area! I really love Saxhleels and their swampy jungle. And maybe a Blackmarsh DLC will have an Argonian Xanmeer house!
Plus if they do Mirkmire, maybe we'll get the specialty weapons (like vMA & Master) in the Argonian style. If you've seen those you know they look amazing :O

The deserts and jungles of Elsweyr seems very exciting, so is the Summerset Isles. We didn't see much of them in the games.
Moar oblivion planes would be nice as well. And hopefully in 5 years time we will be looking to a complete Tamriel map.1 -

Elsweyr's religion/mysticism and it's politics would make for some entertaining questlines. Ever notice while you're sneaking around, stealing stuff in a Khajiit area house, and suddenly you get a bounty. You look around and the only thing in the house with you is a cat, (which you can't kill of course). Well, now you know why.
