I am collecting all Lore books and I have a problem on the Morrowind map finding 3 books at Vivec City (left bottom of map). The books show that they are in a dungeon below the City . I have no clue which dungeon and where to enter this dungeon. Anyone perhaps know ?

Linking to a picture on your C drive won't work for anyone but you. You need to upload it to imgur or another image-sharing service.

The two on the right look like they might be in the plaza. go through the center door on the upper level, facing either east or west of that canton. If that fails, check the waistworks. The waistworks has an upper and lower level, so take the stairs and check the little room downstairs.
