Although I accept ZOS_RichLambert's explanation of housing item limits:

"As we mentioned when the system launched, the caps are there for performance reasons. We all want the caps to be higher as well and are working to find ways to try and raise them in the future."

I do find it curiously strange that one can obtain x2 limits by paying a monthly sub, i.e. become an ESO+ subsciber; guess that extra $$ somehow reduces the performance overhead issues eh!?

On another note and a favorite peeve of mine. Buy or make that skooma bubbler and still it does not billow it's own smoke like the ones already in Npc areas; just mind-baffling and it requires one to then use two precious items slots if you want animation grrr.

Overall great job in furnishing a super large home though and love that bathtub and the colorful ship tapestry. One question though, where is your commode? I do see you have plenty of wide open and EMPTY space in which to do your business but still....

the eso+ limit would take it into account already, not the non-subscriber limit.

Agreed. They probably determined a limit and then halved it for those without ESO+.

You decorated these really well, especially with the limit. Almost made me want to buy the Nord one, but I'm pretty disappointed with that home. Seems like a great guild hall, but nothing I would want for a personal home, which is a shame as it's likely the only Nord home we'll see for a long time. Wish they had just given us a proper large Nord home with the original Homestead patch. Mistveil should be medium.

For some very odd reason, ZOS haven't given us access to one side of the upper balcony, and the only way to get there is to build across to it. It makes absolutely no sense at all! Hopefully they sort that out before this house hits live!

When you start filling every nook and cranny with whatever you can find you'll run out of space quickly.

The item limit could be 10,000 and people would still complain.

uh. watch the videos. also consider that small touches that make the house look like home? also eat through the limits like crazy. our current limits are absolutely AWFUL if you are trying to be creative, build something, add something unique. even as a subscriber - they are far too limiting. as non subscriber, they are impossible.

Even a minor bump up to 1000 spaces in the notoble homes for plus members would be a starting point to try and I don't how that alone would be such a server hog. All I ever hear is how people hate housing and even more so the pricing of the notable homes. Is the population on any of the 3 systems so great on notable housing? Are there any stats to back why it's always a not now. The way I see it the over all costs of housing and art wise furnishings are already "taken" from the game. Can't ZOS afford better hamsters yet?

What I don't get is that you could place 700 huge items in a house and not be able to walk around because there are things that big and that is treated the same as 700 sweet rolls that as impressive as that would be:) could be placed in a corner

I just hit max limit with +eso sub on Hunding Palatial hall where the limit is 600 slots not 700.
Who are way to little for that huge place.

On top of that I want vaults who isn't connected to the bank for long time storage.
Maybe in the form of cage or extra house on large houses who you get for free when buying house + vaults in form of cage or extra house is bought for gold or crowns

Some can be in cofferts trunks

Let's have npcs in our houses and no Corps zombie npc

I want guards servents bellydancers maids who can be doing stuff in the estate. Kids npc?
Npc wife's or husbands 'wink'
