    The 80k tick of ZS was not during the event, the rest yes.
    The highest I knew about before were 72k and 66k, dealt after several hours of DC defense fights, during the first year of ESO.

    I believe there was a 250kish AP O-Tick at BRK in Haddy on XBox NA months back. Fight to take it went most of the day. Somebody posted the screenshots and videos of it on the forums here but I can't find the post. AD got the tick.

    Doing emp pushes groups often leave one or two guys to receive the tick. These guys would receive 100k+ AP ticks every 20 minutes or so during prime time.

    Biggest I have seem so far is 57k attack tick when tri-faction happened for a while on a fort (and with double ap bonus from the event)

    I guess some huge fight can go for more :)

    I think I've seen Zerg Squad pull off a 70k ish offensive tick once by stealing a keep from the two opposing factions.

    Our biggest tick in keep I remember is 80k offensive tick with a 12 man group.
