An addon to "remember" nasty people? - a request

Earlier this evening I queued for a random vet and got into vCOH2 with a CP20 DD. The *** healer instantly started a votekick and complained when I declined. So, as it's supposed to be, I kicked him (the healer), he talked lots of *** to me in whisper. Another healer joined and we finished the dungeon in speedrun-time without any troubles. I queued for another random vet and got into vFG2 with the *** healer from before. Of course I started a votekick, the vote passed and I got some more trash in whisper, standard.

However, this has been happening quite often and, sadly, I can't remember the names/handles of all those *** that kick people instantly for no reason. It would be awesome if I could add them to a list, so that the addon could notify me when I end up in party with one of those people.

Does something like that exist? Shouldn't be too hard to code if "kill list" addons for pvp are out there.

The /ignore won't prevent them/you from joining their/your group in the future, would it? That's what the OP is asking for. That would be nice, btw.

Ignore list, but there is also an addon to let you know when someone you have selected for that list in the addon joins one of your guilds. Do not recall the name. Never used it nor know if it has been kept up to date since I think I may have one person on my ignore list, if that.

So when the tank starts a vote to kick the healer you decline. The tank complains so you go along and vote kick to remove the healer due to pressure and offer no reason why you changed your mind.

Then when you see that same healer again you initiate the vote to kick him/her and are not looking for a means to keep track of those that vote kick players. Start with looking in the mirror. Maybe the explanation in the OP was not explained well but that is what I gathered from it.

Why did you kick the healer?

Is it really worth holding a grudge indefinitely? If the person really is that awful to deserve it, would they not repeat their behavior or be noteworthy in your mind?

If you meet them again and they do not behave this way, then what? Seeth in hate because your list reminds you of that time they were a jerk?
If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].

So kicking people for being low lvl/low CP is a valid reason even before dungeon start?
    - You dont know how well they play?
    - Maybe do a good deed and actually help someone?
    - Keep in mind you were low CP once, you prolly got kicked for the same reason, but why continue this sad behavior?
    - Group with friends and/or Guildies if you want a smooth and fast run. Dont be a tw@t just cos someone isnt cp capped.

You were the tank? Or the healer?

The healer wanted to kick low CP, You declined the vote and then kicked the healer? Then next dungeon you get same healer? I just want to understand the situation.

As I read it he was DPS, Tank in the first dungeon wanted to kick the healer, OP gives in to the nasty tanks 2nd vote. OP gets the same healer they kicked again in a second dungeon, OP decides 'hey, I better take over the behavior of the prev tank and vote kick this low cp dude instantly'.

Why would I ignore people? It wouldn't stop them from joining my parties nor notify me when they join my party.

For those saying "look in the mirror", of course my story is only a short version.

Longer version: Healer tried kicking the low CP DD twice, I declined twice. He started complaining in chat the he won't heal unless we kick low CP. That's when I voted to kick him. After he got kicked, he whispered me with tons of ghetto trash talk. And, of course, when I ended up in party with him later, with everyone being 630, I instantly voted to kick him, because I believe someone who kicks people for no reason deserves the same.

And it would be awesome to have an addon with a list that would notify me the moment someone from that list joins my party (same as the other mentioned addon that notifies you whenever someone from a list joins one of your guilds).

Maybe, but that's just me. If you votekick players just because of their CP without giving them a chance, giving them penalty for no reason, I will votekick your ass every time I end up in party with you.

I think people's confusion is you initially wrote, ' ... the *** TANK instantly ...' then started off about the healer. People presumed then that it was the tank who started in on the healer, and you carried that over into the second run.

Essentially, still does not add up.

There is an addon that does essentially what you are asking for. It has been around for awhile. It is portable and can be viewed when not logged into the game. Pen and Paper.

Pen and Paper - yes, but I don't wanna spend my time looking through handles every time I join a group. The people that kick low CPs don't have to look through any lists. They just give people penalties without a second thought when they see low CP. As someone who punishes these people and gives them a taste of their own medicine, don't you think it would be nice if it was at least as easy for me to kick them as it is for them to kick innocent players?

I would like an addon like this or an option in game to prevent grouping with total a-holes ever again. If this jerk was on enough players list, he would start to experience longer que times and perhaps start to get the picture that he/she is an a-hole. Highly unlikely, but you never know.

The Ignore feature is almost useless for group purposes. It doesn't prevent them from joining you in a future group finder party, though it certainly prevents you from seeing their communication in that party. In this way, it's actually a hindrance more than a boon.

I think it's been suggested. Have you tried the ignore list. Don't know if it prevents them from being placed in your group, but it should. Solves the issue if it works that way. Otherwise, learn to code.

Funny thing is, while I have certainly had some challenging groups with randoms, they usually go ok. I don't look down on those still learning as I certainly hope others do not look down on me.

    Yesterday did 2 GF runs.

First run the tank got his first vet dungeon clear. He was CP15 with health a little low. I was healer pulling 40-50% of the group damage. BTW. Someone tried to vote kick that tank. I didn't go along.

Second run has a dps as tank, he has a taunt but would dps most if the time and just refresh taunt. 3 dps and a healer, essentially. I still pulled about a third of the groups damage.

Essentially, I really doubt whatever was happening in your group was the healers issue. More likely an issue with the dps or tank. Most players die to to themselves, not the healer.
