mix and match rest to your preferences, since you'll be doing a 5/2/4 setup with those sets. But your critical damage/heals from sweeps will have 20% chance for Iceheart shield/dot aura+chance for shield from combat physician.
Makes a pretty decent combination. Throw in Julianos for the hell of it.
Sweeps doesn't Proc the Damage Shield...

It does indeed self-proc it. I've utilized it many times, with it being the only shield on my bar at all (1x iceheart, 5x combat, 5x seducers).
Critical hits/heals and has to actually heal -- if you are at full hp it won't do anything. I use it a lot for giggles when solo-farming a vet dungeon or when I want a lazy skyreach farm.
All of the "ally" sets can actually self-proc, which is one of the thing that makes the damage/heal proc sets so good on a magplar -- because Puncturing sweeps does both.

Sweeps 100% does not Proc the Combat Physician Damage Shield...
I use Combat Physician in all content and what you are saying is absolutely not true...
Post a video of Puncturing Sweeps Procing the Combat Physician Damage Shield to prove your case...

Combat Physician USED to proc with it -- I forgot that the crit heal possibility from sweep was removed.
The set that it does work with is the 6% chance from Prayer Shawl.
Combat physician proc=outdated information (combined with mixing/confusing two very similar sets and not taking the 30 seconds to confirm I had the right one in mind).
Things it does proc from: All other heals that CAN crit. (Ritual of Ret, Rapid Regeneration, Mutagen, etc).
My fault for the accidental misinformation on those.
