So I was blown away a bit by my low testing dummy score on magNB. I'm looking for some builds or guides (feel free to link) that I can take a look at and get a feel for what's wrong with my rotation.

Also, when weaving, is it typical not to see the staff element hit? Or does that mean I cancelled before the attack actually hit. That might be a big source of my issue.
