There's a spot in Bangkorai where people like to farm bears, too. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a bot. It wasn't, though, just some guy farming bears.

Scraps I think, its a quest spot with 2 CP300+ running it, they would run round and gather them up and bring them all to that spot

I only stopped to get the shard

"And in order for Katy the Crafter to become a master craftswoman, every bear and wolf in Tamriel had to perish. For days this would go on, and townsfolk and their children would look away, as Katy carried hundreds of pelts into town. Whenever the banker would say, 'Welcome to the bank of Daggerfall,' she knew what was coming."

This is one of two reasons I don't bother reporting bots. 1. Because it's useless, as these developers are insanely incompetent and think banning them a million times is dealing with the issue when it's NOT, and 2. Because some people farm these mobs and behave exactly how you'd think a bot might behave. It's almost impossible to tell unless there's just this long bot train aggravating enemies through osmosis.

You call the developers incompetent for not completely solving the issue, then follow it up with how it's almost impossible to tell who is a bot?

I call them incompetent for many different reasons, but did you miss the part where I said "banning them a million times does nothing to solve the issue"? Not manually, anyway. They should have a defense that detects these unauthorized programs and auto bans these guys immediately for running them. I'm sick of hearing stories about them manually going in and banning these guys. That does absolutely nothing. They might as well not even bother, because I'm certainly not going to at this point.

A few things to the people saying that this farm is the work of bots:

    * Someone using a bot will make the bot run to where the adds spawn, someone doing a legit farm will make many mobs come to you and then aoe them down (as obviously seen on OP´s Picture). This is the easiest way to distingquish the difference between a bot and a legit farmer. And these Days most bots are petsorcs or magplars since they have the easiest way to stay alive.

    * Since OP is playing on PC/EU (as seen in the note) I can tell you that this area has been free from bots since a very long time (inb4 it gets flooded with bots as soon as I get home)

OP has taken a screenshot of a legit farmer (at least that is my conclusion from this Picture only)
