Alchemy Writ Changes

I was wondering if anyone knew what the changes were coming to Alchemy writs next week? I heard that they were using Nirnroot less frequently starting with Horns, and creating poisons. Does anyone know if these are additions to or replacements for existing potions, and what ingredient will be used in addition to Nirnroot and water?
