Is there any proof that none of the new Morrowind patterns drop from these at the moment, and they just bs'ed us with the title Hlaalu on him?

✭✭✭I've bought several dozens of them since Morrowind and I haven't seen one new pattern. Afaik no one else has either. So yeah.
They did somewhat balance out Redguard droprates though, I'm getting a LOT of Redguard from those and significantly less "Wood Elf Trough, Slop" so it's not a full waste even with higher prices. But yeah, no Hlaalu recipes from Hlaalu merchant

They really need to add these new (unobtainable) blueprints to his stock and and also implement a function to prevent/decrease the chance of getting blueprints you already know, otherwise using the vendor will punish you when you know more blueprints. The current design simply does not scale.2
