Guild stores MUST get add'l filters for motifs

With so many in the game, it's time for ZOS to expend whatever resources they need to upgrade the otherwise useless filters for guild store motif chapters. It would be ideal if you could filter by armor piece OR style, but just one of the two would be acceptable.

Console also needs a text field so that you can enter an item name or part of a name. The current search functionality for traders is messy and time consuming.

Just hire the person that made the awesome guildstore addon. They have literially made it better in every way.
Or pay them money and use the code.

They're adding previews to the guild store for furnishings and furnishing plans. Surely, they could add some search filters, if not text field search.

How about just a search box. I'd like to just type in the thing I'm looking for and instead of looking through page after page just to find they don't have it.

Completely agree, there needs to be a way to sort on Style and Armor Piece.

For example, I'm looking for the Dominion Legs motif. First I need to spit through guild stores to find out how much it roughly worth. Then can I set the upper/lower price limit. Now I need to scroll through all the motif pages that are prices in that similar range which isnt fun at all.

There could even be a field where you can set a range of motif numbers (just like printing specific pages). For example, [25-27, 29] If you already have collected motif 28 and want to search from motif 25 to 29.

Agreed. No clue why this is so difficult. When the guild store opens, and you have no filters chosen, why can't I just type "cheese" for example and all recipes with word cheese show up, or provisioning ingredient cheese shows up, etc.
Hell, I'd settle just for the word cheese appearing in its name, like "Alik'r Beets with Goat Cheese" would show up.

I have no interest in arguing over central auction house vs individual guild stores; the decisions is made.
But at the very least make it at least a *little* less painful to actually find something you want at individual guild stores.

Personally, I would just be happy with something as simple as an alphabetical sort. Still have a way to go (think I am around 70% motif completeness), but my current way to search is to simply go through the price order (lowest first) and watch for whatever I do not have in my library, as opposed to looking for specific motifs. But, I am already finding myself going through several pages at active guild traders to find the first "something" that I do not already have.
