Last played Jul 29. ESO+ renewed Aug 2, tried to login today for a guild run and the game shows not installed in Steam as well as on my computer. Base game, all DLC. Dare I hope my house and 'stuff' will still be there when if finishes re-downloading?
I realize this doesn't shouldn't be related (the ESO+ and the *poof* of the game), but the timing is very coincidental and baffling.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?

ZOS_BilladminEven though your game and DLC somehow became uninstalled in Steam, your characters and items should still be available on your account once the game is reinstalled.
