CP gaining speed after 160

I am currently at CP 176 and I observe that the rate of CP gain has noticeably decreased in the last 20 levels or so.

I am just curious to know if there is a sudden further dip again after at my level till like CP 226.

Or will the speed remain the same for some more time ?

You start losing a lot of head way around 500 CP. After that, your daily enlightenment (400k a day) only takes you up a level or so.

It's the catch-up mechanic. Going from 0 to 160 is blisteringly fast. It slows down about 180, slows more about every 100cp after that. Don't forget Enlightenment will also speed up your gain as well and if u have none left well it's going to feel like a crawl.

I believe the experience required to gain a CP level is scaled on a slow exponential curve, so you'll definitely see a slowdown in your progress as you get higher.

According to ZoS, the TOTAL experience required to reach the CP cap has remained unchanged with each cap increase. So the total experience to reach 630 CP now, is exactly the same as the experience required to reach CP 501 a little over a year ago.

Id say CP300+ starts to slow down
CP500+ gets really slower

And it gets worse the more individual 'toons on your account you split it with every day.

It slows down to a trickle, but it's irrelevant. Believe me, this morning I was at 980+ - since you can't use the extra points it really does not matter anymore.

I started back up in late december after quitting for 3 months after beta, came back with Cp 100 cause I was V10, been playing pretty casually since then haven't even ran tons of dungeons at all to get the experience, but now i'm Cp 630 so yeah just take a steady pace and you'll get there don't have to worry about stressing over it unless your doing end game content really.

I say you probably earn more with many characters as long as they are above level 50, they all get the high xp stuff like first clear of dungeons and dolmens, running one random dungeon give 100k xp each day on each character if this is also first clear and dungeon quest i guess its closer to 150K.
All characters share cp after all.

Just get it up to 630 then sorcs won't be so OP to you.
