I had to replace my fubar'd desktop....I installed ESO:Morrowind and now the logon screen will not allow me to log onto the game [where I spend a great deal of money for a subscription and crowns]. First I get an ERROR 108 (7:5:315:0) and then an e-mail message tell me I'm trying to logon from an unknown ip address [which I understand]....I get an access code....then, when I try to log on....it asks for that code....I put that code in and get another error message, telling me if I don't know the correct access code, to wait TWENTY FOUR HOURS and try again!?!?!?!?!?
Seriously????? This is what I'm paying a quarterly subscription for???? I had no trouble downloading and logging into GW2.....what all this garbage with ESO????

Be careful if cut/paste the code that there isn't any extra spaces at the beginning or end, it will say it's wrong if there are :(

Be careful if you've entered the wrong code once. Each time you get the pop up telling you they are sending you an access code email, they send a new code email...

The email takes a while to arrive, and a couple of times I've managed to get myself caught in a loop of entering the previous email code, triggering a new email, but the next email to arrive is the one I should have entered before, so it's outdated again, so another code gets emailed, etc etc.

    I am an idiot sometimes.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

Irritating, but a necessary security thing. I just copy/paste the code to avoid any mistakes. The email itself is almost instant.

    So no complaints there.
