Falling through the floor in the at-Tura Estate

In Stormhaven, at the at-Tura Estate, when I walk into the door to Count Hosni's House, I fall beneath the floor every time.
I was on the quest "Saving Hosni", and I tried quitting the game and the issue persisted. There is an NPC down there and the only way of getting out I found was using the door to get into Hosni's house from below.

liliub17_ESO✭✭✭✭This happened to me last week as I was doing the same quest. I had to quick travel to somewhere else then back to the nearby wayshrine to clear the glitch. Did not happen again when I attempted to continue the quest.0
