Well, i know human who cant get this reward almost at all, sometimes this human can get it from second try, sometimes cant from 5th try. (NO EXP, NO MAIL)
Whats problems ZOS? I saw you already fixed it, so, why its still broken? Fix it finally and stop making DLCs and another content while you will not fix bugs what we already have.
And another point: is there're some solution for this problem without this ZO$?

PsychoROFLit✭✭✭Ah and yes, if this human have someone in group, then this someone can get Premium Rewards (exp and mail) every time while this human will not get this reward, so its important.1

✭Which platform are you on? Are you doing random dungeons with pre-made groups, or with LFG tool groups?
I am on PC-NA and when I do a random Normal with a pre-made group of 4, we all get our rewards every time.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
These characters are on both servers:
Alix de Feu - Breton Templar Healer level 50
Brings-His-Own-Forest - Argonian Warden Healer level 50
Hrodulf Bearpaw - Nord Warden Bear Friend & identical twin of Bjornolfr level 50
Jadisa al-Belkarth - Redguard Arcanist Damage Dealer level 50
NA-only characters:

You do know the people who develop new content are not the same people that troubleshoot bugs? Different skill set involved.
But yeah if there is a bug not letting you get the XP for finishing a daily random that needs fixed. I've not encountered this problem and so far as I know none I've done randoms with have either. Send in a support ticket and follow up after you get the automated reply.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."0 -

✭This happens to me and the missus all of the time. We found out that whoever is the group leader at the time, will not get the bonuses. We have to pass the crown after a random dungeon and re-queue for the other one to get the bonuses. It works about 90% of the time or so.0 -

✭✭✭✭I did a random dungeon earlier and didn't get any mail at all, I wasn't group leader, and others in the group all got the reward. Mine just never showed up. I'm not that fussed because I was on a lower level character so it's not like I missed out on something max level, but even so...GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

and i noticed even if this human will get reward and you're too, you can remake group and it will be again PREMIUM (blue) reward ) 0
