@ZOS_GinaBruno Myself and very many other players are beyond frustrated. I have spent each time i try to log in and play around 10-40 minutes repeatedly typing my password in attempts to get into the game after hundreds and hundreds of error codes. I spend way to much money on this game as well as having a subscription. I am literally 2 login attempts from cancelling the sub and never spending another penny.
You guys managed to roll out a whole new website design yet i still cannot log in. Where are the priorities?

Resfeber✭✭✭Not to be a smart-ass, but as someone who works in a small company myself my guess is that the graphic designers or whatever on the web design team have a lot more time on their hands than the tech people on the game development team. You know. Separate teams. Doing separate things.
As a more serious note that isn't normal. Have you tried closing all programs and processes and running the game? That sometimes happens if you have a competing program. You may also want to add the game to any antivirus or protection software you have running. MMOs tend to seem like invasive programs sometimes.

Lirkin✭✭✭✭I am not really clear as the the problem. I know that it's a login issue but what exactly? You have to put your password in multiple time to be able to get into the game?
Are you logging into the game directly or through Steam or some such program?
Are you on PC or console?
It might help if you clarify exactly what you are experiencing.0
