I would like to see more FROST oriented proc sets and skills.

A nice start would be to make Ice Furnace (one of the existing frost sets) work with more skills so it's actually usable.

Winterborn is already okay, I guess. Iceheart isn't bad, if niche.

The best chance for frost-centric stuff was when Warden came out, but they seemed to halfass the frost side of Warden.

Frost Magic needs a definitely boost in the DPS category. It's not nice that it's relegated mostly to a support role. If they ever do buff Frost Damage at all at least I'll have a MagWarden waiting.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!

We could make it a monster set. Iceheart is all right, but like all the rest defense with a side of DPS. A real ice blasting monster set.

All we need now is a set it could fit in. Perhaps a dungeon DLC set that takes place in Skyrim! If they ever released such an expansion like that of course.

Yeah when putting together a frost mage I noticed most of it was not good DPS and ended up putting it on the back burner. I am newer to this game but the lack of skills and proc diversity was pretty evident. This game really should capitalize on elements and add more skill options to the game for these elements and I don't mean just for mages.

Yup proc sets are a great addition to the game as long as they are balanced. I like variety and I want as many ideas and alternatives as possible. I friggin love what they did with proc sets in Path of Exile and it is pretty clear where this team got a lot of their ideas it is just a lot more dumbed down/simpler than PoE to make builds in this game.

But yeah in general more frost stuff across the board...

They had a great opportunity to make the warden viable as a frost mage ... and then ...

The frost skill line was one giant disappointment. I have two wardens, and basically feel like they only have two skill trees to choose from.

I feel the same way, but even more disappointed in the fact that you get a bear...Yeah, real creative here guys. I have a lot of good things to say of this game, but being new I don't even want to play the warden class.

Two things:

More sets, something that procs frost damage, and seeing as fire is DMG, more chill or something

Rework the existing sets and abilities. Like make that furnace set work or buff ice heart, and for Warden, re work artic wind a bit.

I was excited for frost too... It's not really there

Winterborn, Iceheart... it's a lot of fun on Frost Mage Warden. Wrecked some kids in Battlegrounds with it yesterday. Close range and long range frost barrages with skills and ultimates. BUT... I wish there was more. Wish Polar Wind DID something more for damage, like 3x the damage since it is a 2 second interval. Also, Iceheart dealing atleast 2x the damage since it only lasts as long as the shield is up... pvp, that shield is done in 1 second haha! These combo sets for Frost Mages used to be incredible, but since they can't crit anymore, it's extremely sad seeing Iceheart do 450 damage to an enemy.

With horns of the Reach, I expected Frost sets, NOT flame sets. It's in Skyrim region... where Reachmen (Frost Magic) are attacking. Make Frost great again!

But you can freeze then break them. A dead mage is a no good mage.

Sure, as long as the taunt gets removed from frost staves. Nothing like a boss going on a ramapge because someone forgot and made the boss CC immune.
