Why are the best CP-Passive Abilities *much more interesting* for Stamina Builds?

About 2 years and nothing has changed.. This is neither a stamina vs. magicka thread, nor about specific champion point skills. This thread is about CP passives skills.
I’ll just compare the top passives in relation to the skills. The TOP tier CP passive skills are what is to be examined. If a passive skill is obtained by spec'ing in skills, which strongly favor stamina, it will also be considered a pro-stamina passive, because a skill is more likely to be chosen by a stamina spec’d class, than by a magicka class.

Passive Ability - Rating (* less desirable, ** good, *** most desirable)

RANK 120 PASSIVE ABILITIES
RED CP
Reinforced *
Unchained *** --> Pro Stamina
Determination *
GREEN
War Mount *
Windrunning *
Shadowstrike *** --> perhaps very slightly Pro Stamina
BLUE
Arcane Well *
Tactician *** --> Pro-Stamina
Last Stand ** --> slightly Pro-Stamina
--> 3-4 PRO-Stamina passive abilities, at the same time, only one Pro-Magicka!

CONCLUSION
Zenimax must rework the complete Champion Point System to make it equally attractive for both Magicka- and Stamina-Classes.
We need 2 or 3 HIGHLY DESIRABLE CP PASSIVE ABILITIES (rank 120) that better suit Magicka Classes and their playstyle (no stamina cost or stamina skill dependency)!
Please do sth. Zenimax!

    I get a different count of CP passives:

    Magicka
    1. Spell Absorption
    2. Vengeance
    3. Spell Precision
    4. Arcane Well
    5. Foresight

    Stamina
    1. Unchained *
    2. Opportunist
    3. Perfect Strike
    4. Riposte *
    5. Tactician

    There seems to be a 1:1 ratio for magicka and stamina specific CP passives. Comments on some of your passive ratings:
    • Last Stand -- This gives you major heroism at low health...unsure why this would be pro-Stamina/Magicka. If anything it is pro-Health (easier to accomplish with a high-health build).
    • Shadowstrike -- I would say this is slightly pro-Magicka if anything as magicka Heavy Attacks can do much more damage and at range.
    • Unchained -- You could argue that this can benefit a magicka build more since they generally have no forms of reducing the cost of stamina abilities, low stamina pools, and lower stamina regen. Same with Foresight being more useful to a stamina build though.
    • Riposte -- Still somewhat useful on a magicka build you just do less damage since it is physical.

    So you could argue that some "Stamina" passives are still at least somewhat useful to magicka but also vice-versa so you are still left with a 1:1 stamina-magicka ratio.

    I agree with Reorx...the CP system has been pretty well balanced to be of equal use.

    Shadowstrike isn't pro-stam. It offers invisibility to anyone under weird and rare-ish circumstances.

    Last stand is only pro-stam because it's in the stam tree. It's counterpart is Arcane Well. I'd be 1000% happy to trade Last Stand for a replacement that returns 1400 stamina to me and 3 allies upon a kill.

    You cite unchained as a massive stam passive, but ignore that foresight does the same for magic under slightly different circumstances.

    You ignore that windrunning is a slight edge to magic users, since it boosts magic recovery but not stamina under certain circumstances.

    The tree can always use refining, but it's not currently unfair to either stam or magic users, sorry.

    As it has been pointed out this trend is very flawed and biased.
