around march 5th or 6th right before patch maint. the 15 min warning hit, so i frantically tried to refine 6000 rough ruby ash, i got done with some time to spare but there is a catch. It didnt go in my craft bag. Gone. Didnt end up on any character or bank or bag. I put a ticket in twice and no reply.
