I wouldn't call the August update "balancing"

When you take the most overplayed PvP Class, Sheild Stacking Sorcs...
- and you increase magika in sets
- you nerf the sheild breaker staff
- you nerf defending weapons (this is what non sheild stackers use for defense)

this is after the last nerf of resource poisions..

If Sorcs were the LEAST played class, instead of 75% of Cyrodil or BG, then it would be balancing--- at this point it is literally the opposite.

Man, if you spent the time learning to counter Sorcs rather than posting on here you wouldn't be so salty. Put some effort into L2P.

It's getting dull seriously. Stam Proc set meta is the Op element right now and it's high time that was reeled in.

It's funny you write such a short posting and manage to be wrong on everything you say. That's an outstanding achievement.

1. Stamina gets set buffs too. Infused isn't magician exclusive as well.
2. Your agenda clearly shows here. The shieldbreaker lightning staff wasn't nerfed - it was fixing an exploit. The staff never was intended to proc the set on every tick.
3. Defending gets reduced because sharpened gets reduced. Nothing to do with Sorcs.

The 75% number is arbitrary and just a claim you post. Alternate facts at its best.

The increase is marginal and you and everybody else wont notice the effect, but it is true shield stackers get more of it than anyone else
was not nerf, was fix to what was never supposed to exist
they nerfed sharpened, that was trait everybody was using, defending was less used than that => net loss 0

StamBlades are already the worst PvE class, nerfing the one thing that helps (again) would just make it even worse.

Maybe op is tired of seeing sorcs everywhere. I main a sorc because I'm not an idiot and I agree with op. Stamina needs redesigning in every aspect of the game. It's completely unrewarding to play when you could just roll a sorc and press 3 buttons to get outrageously better results.

Funny thing is, my crafter (that lacks skill points and passives, doesnt have undaunted etc) could perform just as good as your average bg nb when I equipped some *** selene and viper sets I had in my bank. I didnt even bother with upgrading them. I knew proc sets were OP in pvp, but I didnt think theyre OP to the point they kinda kill people for you. It was a shocking revelation, and I feel bad for doing that (but I really wanted that achievement lol).

P.S. Ofc thats not gonna work on experienced players and organized groups... But thats not the point.

There's like.... a handful of salty losers spreading that info lately and crying for Mag Sorcs nerfs. In reality it's not even remotely close to that.

We have no real stats on what is played most right now ofc, but from my own experiences, I have seen a pretty even distribution of all of the classes. Wardens seem to be the least common, and Stam DKs/Stam NBs seem to be the most common for obvious, mostly proc-based reasons.

The best part of all of the Mag Sorc nerf complaining is that once a poll was created, 3/4 players called for no nerfs to Mag Sorc

This is the perfect example of a QQ thread. Its a real problem for MMO's because you have people like the OP who premise his entire argument on something he clearly doesnt know but expects you to take as a fact.

First its "over played" really? What does that mean? Does that mean you have the metrics from ZOS on what SHOULD be the normal play for a class?

Then we get the 75% of cyrodil or BG are sorcs.

What you'll see next is either ignoring, some personal attack (which is always a good deflection technique) or some B.S. metric "well thats what I see". Of course anyone with a SHRED OF OBJECTIVITY can see clearly its completely made up to garner the result the player wants. Facts are a non factor as long as he gets the result he wants, who cares if other peoples play styles are affected.

This is a huge problem in modern (post 2010) mmo's companies give voice to people like this who have no qualms at all using blatant lies to produce the outcome they want.

Mag sorcs isnt even best in pvp at all right now.. pve I believe they are meant to be top *** but pvp they are fair and balanced. 1v1 they are great 1vx not so much
