Server timed out issue
I got this weird issue on ESO with my desktop, each time I boot the launcher and start the game it is 50/50 chance that it lets me in. I know something is wrong on my desktop's end because laptop I use from time to time doesn't have this issue going on, when I try to log in with that goes in first try. Noticed too that when it lets me log in it informs me that the announcements cant be loaded in the news feed.
I was away from home for about 5 days and after I got back this issue sprung up so cant say I have done anything to make this happen?
The desktop I have is W8 and laptop I use is W10
Anyone else have this issue? or know how to fix it?

✭✭Try disable all addons from character select screen. (or move all the files out of add ons folder to somewhere else)

It didn't help, I also tried reinstalling the game, removed all trace of it from my Steam folder and documents.
After booting it up without addons and after reinstall it still gives me that message then I need to close the game, boot it up and try again and hope it lets me.0
