Like literally, what happened here? I feel like I need to sit much MUCH further from my screen with this LOUD top banner. I already know what game I am playing, whats with the 15" reminder?

    It shrinks as soon as you start scrolling. I don't mind it. They definitely have room to shrink the width a bit.

    I like the actual design. Slick and matches the in-game UI.

    They updated the forum's design. Though I think a little more could be done with the banner before it shrinks down after scrolling

    It shrinks down when scrolling, but it also makes the screen flicker when scrolling. The banner is obnoxious.

    The worst part about it is the delay when you load a new page so the screen shifts down a lot which makes browsing the forums a headache now.

    It would be fine if they just had it be the minimized version at all times.

    Mine doesn't flicker (I've tried opening it in Chrome and Firefox). Might be a browser issue on your end.

    Yup, its pretty annoying. They have a feedback thread on the News forum, its not getting a lot of love.

    Even when it shrinks it takes way too much space. In fact, it doesn't need to stay there at all when I scroll down ...

    the banner is definatly way to big...it's probably some sort of tv / console big picture friendly ui or something
