I have only completed the Aldmeri Dominion faction line and know Razum-Dar goes nearly all the way through. Are there any Covenant or Ebonhart NPC's that go as far into the story as Raz?

And the Pact has Raynor and Kireth, the two explorer siblings, who also appear in DB.
You also get late-game cameos from people you meet on the starter islands, which is always neat.
