Also worth noting that yesterday I was able to log in just fine no dramas, tonight I've attempted to log in again and nope! Error 200.

Tonight when I get home I'm going to be swapping out the modem with a new one in the hopes that might do something. I know you said it isn't on my end but so far here's a list of the things I've tried.
• Opening the ports ZOS suggested
• Turning off Firewall
• Running a repair
• Swapping out Modem
I don't know what else to do beyond that, if the issue isn't on my end that's some comfort, but by the same token if it's on ZOS's end, that means I'm probably never going to get a response as clearly the forum isn't a place to ask for help (3 days and no answer from a dev) and the customer service page fails to load.
I'll update on my progress tonight, in the mean time pray for Mojo.
