Can no longer logout in imperial city or cyrodil.
Not sure when this started happening, but I used to be able to logout in imperial city and log back in. This no longer works, on the character screen it says I'm in imperial city, but when I click play it spits me back to whatever wayshrine I was in before I entered cyrodil. :-(

✭✭✭✭✭That's because of the MidYear MayHem event : campaigns are full.
Since IC is part of Cyrodiil (when it comes to campaign population), you only get to respawn in IC after a relog when the corresponding queue isn't full. These days, queues are full most of the time.

Appears it's not just imperial city.... Can't logout anywhere in cyrodil now like you used to be able to.
