EU game disc on US Xbox 1

Hello everyone,

I purchased a physical copy of Morrowind from Amazon for my friend who plays on Xbox 1. When the game arrived, it had the PEGI (European) tag on it. My question is will I need to exchange this copy for a US-specific copy, or will it not matter? The box art on Amazon shows the ESRB tag and it was not listed as a 'Europe version', so I don't know if this was a mess up or if it doesn't matter.

In order to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind on either console if you already own the digital version of ESO, you'll need to redeem the code that comes with the disc on your account. You will not be required to use the disc to play once you insert your code.
