Dubious camoran throne - drink or not?

I was thinking of farming Bone Pirate, but i'm curious, whether Dubious Camoran Throne actually proc the 5th item bonus or not?
It says it is a drink, but at some point, was it bugged or not?

Ulo✭✭✭✭Hope you already have the recipe if you want to use Dubious Camoran Throne. The recipe costs a fortune if you didn't get it during the event, at least on the EU server it does. But, yeah, i also use it and it is most definatly a drink
