I completely missed this thread when it came out geonsocal. TY for the link.
If on US NA server: sorry, you don't really know what you're talking about. I'm AD, and I spent the entire event watching our groups getting sandwiched between DC and EP constantly. DC and EP did fight each other quite a bit, but both of them took every chance they could to try steamrolling AD.
As far as I can tell, there were no secret "pacts" to gang up on one faction. Everyone was against everyone.
Love the AD fanboy posts in this thread. Yet they get their asses handed to them by us on daily basis should there be a conflict. EP just overall cares less about full on conflicts and PvP drama. Yes we don't own the whole map for the majority of the day, so what? We're not in there 24/7 like children from AD and DC. God forbid we gather a functional group every evening though. All the bananas and blueberries start running and screaming like little girls.

Secret pact on a large scale is unlikely, but I saw several instances during the event where Red and Blue were standing on a keep wall together without a care in the world, aiming for Yellow moving on the door. And took at least one Red keep only to have Red rush in the door while we're on the flag and a swarm of Blue run down the stairs.
It does happen on Xbox NA, but I don't see what anyone can really do about it. Even in war, opposing sides have temporarily allied to take down a common enemy.
