I actually doubt it. If you notice most of the sets that got nerfed were either way OP or always in effect. Necro is an on-condition set with only a 1-3% increase in DPS. The increase to resources is very awesome, but you can nuke all of that by killing the pet.
Sorc = easiest pet to kill, Warden = bear just comes back, netch unkillable, NB = unkillable but only good for debuff not damage.
Since all of the complaints really center around Sorc, let's hope they focus the tuning on sorc instead of hurting two classes that are not the source of the issue for a set that is not overperforming.PSN: ***___Chan (3 _s)
