LOL! I came across a player like this, too. There were four of us, and the most we could get him down to was around 30% health or so, then he'd just heal back up and continue fighting. He was unkillable. Fight lasted FOREVER and he finally ended up killing all of us. Much respect to someone who can make an unkillable toon.Marcel Rigmond was Godzilla and we were Tokyo.

US servers had lots of DDoS attacks, EU was not affected, had long loading screens but no lag at all but was not on Vivec.redshirt_49 wrote: »Is the server instability an NA thing? Because on PC/EU I played on all servers and encountered no problems except the usual lags and eternal loading screens when porting to gates.
Still got it on my low level warden healer without much problem, got most of them using siege equipment and rounded it off defending an breach, an insane fight, two pretty small groups fighting over an outpost, they breached the wall but was unable to push inn without wiping and we did not dare sending someone out hunting for their forward camps.HEBREWHAMMERRR wrote: »Idk..don't think the event was very hard or "elite". Maybe if you were a healer to get killing blows but other than that pretty simple stuff. Fun event, obvious server capacity issues...

I am glad this event was so easy! I finally got a title from an event lol. The best part for me was watching all the ridiculous things the PVE players do in cyrodiil. We even made a list. Funny stuff lol!
First to note I am not a PvPer.
I have quite enjoyed this event and while I haven't spent a ton of time in it I have done enough to get around 160 boxes (still no Akaviri motifs - this drop rate is stupidly low). It was great picking up skyshards, getting skill points and now having skills like caltrops and war horn on some of my key characters.
The achievements were 1000 times harder than in the other events which I guess is good for some people that like elite only rewards but seeing as any moron could get all the achievements in every other event, whereas this was gated behind a pay wall and some very difficult achievements it is a puzzling change of direction and in my opinion a bad one.
Ok to the hilarity. So many things I don't know where to begin. Most of these mainly show how hopeless me and the teams I worked with are.
Someone is transporting a scroll and they are coming towards where we just were capturing a farm. We decide to gank him. We look one guy running on foot and one guy on horse. There are like eight of us. ATTACK!!!!! Well there were about 10 more of them just behind and we got wiped out to a man. Lol worst gank ever.
One of my lowbies was in the under level 50 campaign. It was late at night so small scale operations. We had a group of six and were attacking a small keep. We had seen two players but they were low level and had done nothing. We all hop into the ram and start knocking down the inner door. Suddenly masses of oil! Instant wipe of our whole group.
I was playing on my best EU tank and a group of three of us was riding somewhere. We were a little spread out, Out of nowhere someone ganked one of us. He was down. The 2nd guy attacked while I rezzed the first. 2nd was killed. 1st fought while I rezzed the second. We briefly had all 3 up but couldn't scratch this guy. I taunted him but he couldn't really do much to me either. 1st guy killed again. I rezzed him. 2nd guy killed I rezzed him. 1st guy killed yet again and this time he respawned at the keep. I saluted this guy and knelt before him. He saluted me. I rezzed the 2nd again and he killed him again. Honestly at this stage I was laughing so much I could barely fight. I didn't rez #2 any more. I saluted this mighty warrior, got on my horse and rode off. I actually whispered him a little later and we had a nice chat about the whole thing, I wish I could remember his name to give him props. He eventually suicided at a farm.
Final hilarious event was about two hours ago and involves a player called Marcel Rigmond. Huge respect to him. We were a small group of 10 EP Warriors from the EP in the Xarxes campaign. Don't judge us but were led by someone called Loves-the-Weed. Maybe that explains some things. We were attacking a keep and to his bad luck (or not) it JUST ticked to our control when he attacked. Now he was 630 CP but we had 10 players all in the 200-500 CP range. I was on a CP356 tank. We also now had an entire castle of NPCs on our side. This one dude flew in out of nowhere and just slaughtered us. Loves-the-Weed set up a forward camp so we could respawn. We were rezzing people left and right, people respawning at the forward camp. When it was out of respawns Loves-the-Weed set up a second one. Sadly Marcel Rigmond was Godzilla and we were Tokyo. As I said I am a tank but even with all my tanky DK goodness he jumped on me 19,597 from Eye of Flame, 7,456 from Lotus Fan, 3,317 from Concealed Weapon and a few thousand more from other small stuff. I would say that over the 15 or so minutes it took him to finally wipe out every last one of us at the same time that he must have gotten at least 60 kills. PvP target achieved!
I had a heap of fun in this event so thanks to ZOS and all the people that grouped with me, however, I think PvP is not for me.
So what was your most hilarious situation in this event?
