Apparently, swords are among the "unique" item-sets that can be dropped. Does anyone know what does? I think it's delve bosses but I've farmed them for a while and found no weapons.

I've heard people say the bosses in the public dungeon nchuleftling have a higher chance. It's on the mid right of the map.

Personally I've pulled all my swords from vardenfell chests.

If they are like most other zone weapon drops, I'd say delves have a chance but you are more likely to get them from world bosses and public dungeon bosses.

weapons drop from World bosses and Public dungeon bosses
they can also drop form the reward containers for the Morag Tong and Ashlander dailies
