Zos i think its more than time you show some transparency and give us hard facts how stuff works!
The average player will not know what 3.2k crit resut means, what is 2k crit dmg, what is direct cmg vs dot, what it spell vs weap dmg... ... ... ... ... ... ...................................................pls guys make a section ln your wep page to clarify all the things. Im sick and tired to explain basic things when ever someone dies in 2sec in a duel or if i make ne friends!
Also pls clarify what scales with what! Too many playeds tont know that power of the ligh scales with max stam only, mag shields with mag only and dk shields with health!
You want more game balance? Fix this cause this will help more then getting rid of cp and all that non sense. Most ppl are at or to max Cp but they suck cause they don't understand how anything works!
We need you to claridy this stuff so wec an redirect people and can be more sure on less common issues (like the wood elf passive 3k disease resit lol what does that evn mean? is it like crit resit 50% or is it lime phys resit which would be 4.8%??)

✭✭✭✭✭I do not think it is for Zos to education players on every single aspect of the game. It is part of the reason official and fan based forums like Tamriel Foundry exist.
For the most part Zos has informed players what scales with what. If it does magicka or elemental damage it scales with max magicka and/or spell damage. If it does physical, poison, etc. it scales with max stam and/or weapon damage.

Zos already provides high level information in tool tips. Beyond that they should not be responsible for holding players hands, especially when the devs are not the experts on how the game works. ESO, like most major MMOs have mathematicians and theorycrafters that know the game so much better than the devs.
Players that are interested will seek the information.
BWT, I have seen in a game where it told the player what main stat their character benefited from and still saw players gearing wrong. Zos could try to hold our hands as we walked across the street but some players do not get it unless another player tells them.
