Magicka users have higher spell pen to begin with due to the prodigy passive with light armor and maybe other sources. It takes much more penetration for physical damage to reach the cap.

In other words, groups have to do much more to reach maximum physical penetration than they do for spell penetration.

Are u insane Magicka will be even more OP next patch due to inbuilt passives in light armor... Next patch i will have to use TFS and Spriggan and Sharp weapons to get same pen. While Mag builds can run 2 spell damage sets + monster. I mean so dumb this zos...
