NPCs harassing people

Having an NPC reminding you Orsinium was available when it came out was good advertisement, I would say. But now that everybody has done the DLC with 2, 3... 6 alts, having an NPC harassing you all around a city, when you have no interest in traveling to Orsinium, at all, is simply nauseating. Can we please nail that bully to her cart? Bring her some mead or ale too, so she can learn to say something different?

I know it's been pointed out hundreds of times (and nothing has been done to change it), but I needed to take that out of my chest. Having to go through that 14 times is distressing. At least the guy in Riften (another bully) keeps quiet, and the Craglorn guy never leaves his cart.

It shouldn't be difficult to program her to stay put in one spot, am I wrong?

    Actually I would like to travel to Orsinium.
    But unlucky the midnight Union has stolen my wife...

    That guy kept annoying me long enough that at some point I have done that quest.

    I wish there was a response when talking to the NPC that you could give them to stop them from following you around but not have to accept the quest to do so. Every time I go to The Rift on a character that hasn't completed any of those quests I hear "Halt, I was sent for you" and then the NPC follows me into the bank, Mages Guild, crafting area... :#

    Evidently they do. Judging by the number of newbies I've seen hit Wrothgar and go, "WTF!?"

    Actually, Stuga may be something of a problem for new players. Wrothgar's main quest throws some moderately advanced mechanics at the player, and Stuga's habit of ambushing newbies the moment they step out of the starter zone signs them up for a world of pain and misery.

    She pestered me in Daggerfall while I was queueing for Cyrodiil yesterday...so I moved halfway across the town to get away from her. And she followed me and asked if I knew how long she'd been looking for me :( can't get away from the woman! I normally just accept the quest so she will shut up but don't like to keep giving in to bullies...

    Sheesh. Take the quest, then just ignore the cart. What's so hard about that? ;)

    I can't stand the the banter they loop every single minute. Between "catching a clutch of butterflies" or jumping off the grahtwood tree, etc. it gets old hearing them loop the same conversation after 500+ times.

    The only saving grace is when they start interrupting each other.

    I just pick up quest... Just pick it up.. you cause your own grief.

    I remember reading once that certain Beta users complained the the quests were too hidden/hard to find....

    I spend a lot of time in Riften and its F**king annoying! I don't want to do the quest on every single character lol

    I guess I could just grab the quest and hold it so the idiots moves on

    Ugh I hate her and Bera Moorsmith, Shalidor is nowhere near as bad, he just stands still in front of the mages guild when you appear to them. -.- Honestly they should have their feet glued to the ground, or nailed down, whatever keeps them from moving, you can encase their feet in concrete for all I care lmao.
    I have been a member of ESO since April 4th 2014 but didn't get a code until recently when I asked.

    The worst part is they FOLLOW you around for a ways. If you get close enough to spawn them then they practically stalk you until you run far enough away again, or accept their quest. C'mon ZoS players don't need their hand held THAT badly.

    I feel sorry for that wood elf in Rawl K'ha who has been in the stocks for the past 2 years. But the most annoying NPCs are the people talking near the wayshrine in Eldenroot.

    Gods, really. I loathe the NPC pests, they make me grit my teeth. I don't want to just accept their stupid quests because I hate having my quest journal cluttered up with stuff I'm not going to do for a long time, makes it way harder to T-cycle through to the right one. And they're not simple breadcrumbs, either! If they were just breadcrumbs to lead you somewhere and then be done and off your journal I'd just do them, but the Wrothgar lead-in is involved, Mister HOLD, HOLD THERE SERA (right in my EAR, thanks ever so) is involved, and that godsawful whining dog in Daggerfall is an involved quest. And little miss "Psst hey I know you're a serial killer at heart" just offends me if I'm on a goodguy toon! I scream at them a lot now. Especially Stuga. I mock attack her a lot. These NPCs, they do things to my blood pressure.
