First off, don't link to some other thread somewhere else. Thats just lazy and a way of duplicating threads.
Second, new players are perfectly capable of completing DLC dungeons just fine. I have no trouble with new lvl 10s completing nRoM, nCoS, nWGT, or nICP once the mechanics are explained to them. They are scaled to the appropriate level. In fact, its a GOOD thing they have access to these dungeons. It makes them better players and they will be competent by the time they run them at a higher difficulty.

You do know a lot of the new players go straight into Vet right? But then the common excuse is "always do Vet with your guild or friends"... Oh, sure, like everyone in the world has friends.

New players can't go straight into vet because you can't queue for vet until you're lvl 50+.

I still consider players between CP10 and CP300 to be "new players" honestly. Leveling is simple and there are quite a few people who either have a difficult time grasping the playstyles that allow them to succeed, (like I was, didn't get a full handle on it all till I was at least Vet14 back in the day) or they simply refuse and just heavy attack everything.

Both would work, I would prefer 2 but just have the restriction for random dungeons, probably reduce the level requirement overall too.MrBetadine wrote: »First off, don't link to some other thread somewhere else. Thats just lazy and a way of duplicating threads.

Two options.
1. Enable all dungeons including DLC ones at level 10, which dilutes the chance to get a DLC dungeon;
2. Set DLC dungeons to level 49, in line with other dungeon level requiremets ( vault of madness at level45)
Inconsistency is bad game design.
